As a lifelong resident in this area, I have been involved in the real estate industry in Clark County since 1983. I started as the secretary and assistant to the agents in a small real estate office right out of high school. In 1992 I went to work at Chicago Title Insurance Company in the escrow department, beginning my long career as a Limited Practice Officer/Escrow Officer until I left First American Title Ins. Co. in 2004. At that time, I made the decision to continue the relationship I started with New Tradition Homes as an escrow officer, but take it in a new direction by getting my real estate license and making the jump into new construction sales. New Tradition Homes is one of the largest builders in SW Washington and I’m very fortunate and proud to work for this well-respected, family-owned company. I’ve enjoyed these years and have learned so much not only about new construction sales but also listing and selling pre-owned homes. We have decided to take the next step in giving our customers the full service they need, and have opened New Tradition Realty where I am honored to serve as the Designated Broker.

I have my Designated Broker’s License and also my LPO (Limited Practice Officer) license, which enables me to have a well-rounded understanding of the current real estate market and the needs of our customers. I am a member of the Clark County Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and Realtors Multiple Listing Service.

In 2004, I had the opportunity to go to work for the most successful home builder in Clark County, New Tradition Homes. This is where I found my niche' as a new home sales specialist. It is here that I have built my success and reputation.

I am a mother of two and have been married for over 13 years. I enjoy spending time with my family and the rewards that accompany it! Personally:    Having had the pleasure of living in several cities within the US, as a NW native, I am very happy to be back. I graduated from the University of Tampa in Florida with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Marketing with a minor in Advertising in 2003. I moved back to the NW shortly after graduation to work for a local community bank. Having a passion for people and a love of architecture and interior design, I decided to pursue a career in real estate with a focus on new construction.
